AGB
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on babycocoon.shop (the "Store"), operated by Baby Cocoon ("we", "us"). Our business details are listed in our Contact information. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Contract
Product listings on the Store are an invitation to order. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), or in your local currency where displayed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import VAT, duties or carrier fees charged on delivery are not included (see our Shipping policy). Payment is due at the time of ordering using the methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and warranty
You may return products within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund policy. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Statutory warranty rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Product use and safety
Please follow the age guidance and care instructions on each product page. Always supervise babies and young children when they use our products. Product colours may vary slightly from photos.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Store (texts, images, logos) belongs to Baby Cocoon or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
