How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our EU warehouse, usually within 1 working day. Delivery to Switzerland and the EU typically takes 6–12 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. We email your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
Tracked delivery is CHF 5.90, and it's free on orders over CHF 50.
Will I pay customs or import fees on delivery?
Possibly. Depending on what you order, customs may charge import fees, which the carrier collects on delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes. Send unused items back in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, on top of your 14-day legal right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, opened teethers and pacifiers can only be returned if faulty. See our returns policy.
