Where we ship

We currently deliver to Switzerland and all EU countries.

Shipping costs

Free tracked delivery on orders of CHF 50 or more.
Orders under CHF 50: CHF 5.90 tracked delivery.

Processing and delivery times

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, and delivery then usually takes 8–15 working days. Busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add a few extra days.

Orders containing several products may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas delivery

For delivery before Christmas, please order by 4 December.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Customs, import VAT and fees

Because our parcels are shipped from outside Switzerland and the EU, the carrier or customs office may charge import VAT and a handling fee on delivery, depending on your order value and country. Our prices don't include these charges. If you have any questions before ordering, email us and we'll help.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we can re-send it once the extra shipping cost is paid. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 working days, contact us and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
