    When your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link. Check your spam folder too. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

    Sign in with the email you ordered with to see every order, its status and tracking.

    Still stuck? We'll chase it

    If tracking hasn't moved for 3 working days, send us your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Delivery questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our EU warehouse, usually within 1 working day. Delivery to Switzerland and the EU typically takes 6–12 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. We email your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

How much is shipping?

Tracked delivery is CHF 5.90, and it's free on orders over CHF 50.

Will I pay customs or import fees on delivery?

Possibly. Depending on what you order, customs may charge import fees, which the carrier collects on delivery.
