Shipping policy

Delivery times, costs, tracking and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the EU. We deliver to Switzerland and the European Union.

Processing time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day of payment clearing. Orders placed after 14:00 CET, at weekends or on Swiss public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

Switzerland: 6-12 working days after dispatch
Germany, Austria, France, Italy: 6-12 working days
Rest of the European Union: 6-12 working days

These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and public holidays can add time.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked delivery: CHF 5.90
Free on orders of CHF 50 or more after any discount

Customs and import fees

Depending on the destination and the value of your order, customs may charge import fees on your parcel. If they apply, the carrier collects them from you on delivery. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking your order

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear. If nothing has updated after 3 working days, email us at contactbabycocoon0@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 working days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, or has not arrived 15 working days past the top of its estimated window, we will reship free of charge or refund you in full - your choice.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where you can and email us within 48 hours so we can claim against the carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. We can only change it before dispatch. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will refund the goods minus the return carriage, or resend it once postage is paid again.
