1. Who you are contracting with

2. How a contract is formed
Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order - because of a pricing error or because stock ran out - we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs. Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm. Where a product shows a reference or previous price, that price is the lowest price we charged in the 30 days before the reduction, as required by EU price-indication rules.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Payment processing is handled by our providers under their own terms; we do not store full card details.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods.
6. Returns
Your right of withdrawal and our voluntary guarantee are set out in our refunds and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Product information and safe use
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and safety notes where available. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
Always follow the age guidance, warnings and instructions supplied with a product. Items described as comfort or convenience products are not protective or medical equipment and must not be relied on as such. Nothing we sell replaces adult supervision.
8. Your account
Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to breach the security of this site, scrape it, upload malicious code, or post reviews that are false or that you were paid to write.
10. Reviews and user content
We only publish genuine reviews from real customers and never pay for reviews. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the shop. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
11. Intellectual property
All text, images and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
12. Liability
We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded - including our obligations under product liability law and the statutory guarantee of conformity. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price of the goods concerned. Nothing here affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
